Job Description The Command Center Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of network and Infrastructure operations. Provide customer service, troubleshooting, as well as incident escalation for all users contacting the Command Center. What you'll do u2003Provide customer service support for mission critical 24/7 Data Centers u2003Participate in the weekly 24/7 on-call schedule u2003Provide proactive and reactive assistance to all external customers u2003Provide support for a complex network environment including problem solving, ability to take ownership of unfamiliar tasks and problems and see through to completion. u2003Detects and analyzes alarms to provide basic to moderate fault isolation and troubleshooting, escalating to Tier II or management if necessary u2003Prioritize work properly to consistently achieve departmental and company goals. u2003Responsible for Customer and Internal Updates u2003Establishing effective lines of communication with team and management to ensure cases are flagged that require immediate attention u2003Thorough documentation of incident, Maintenance, and problem details in near real-time. u2003Ensure SLA's are met for as per customer agreement u2003Maintain and update current knowledge and skills through internal and external training, continuing education and professional associations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. CCNA preferred Data Center support experience
