About the Role In this role, you will support laboratory operations by planning, executing, and reporting analytical testing activities under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager. Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Onsite) Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM Pay Rate : $30-$32.78/hr ( _Based on experience)_ Key Responsibilities u2022 Perform analytical laboratory testing and routine sample analysis u2022 Maintain clean, organized laboratory and office workspaces u2022 Manage laboratory consumables and replenish supplies u2022 Document equipment operation and verification per control plans u2022 Follow GLP, GMP, safety, and security procedures at all times u2022 Process incoming stability samples and prepare for testing u2022 Plan and complete analyses by established due dates and performance metrics u2022 Prepare and ship samples to thirdu2011party testing labs u2022 Support laboratory scientists with projectu2011related tasks u2022 Participate in continuous improvement and action planning initiatives Qualifications u2022 High School diploma or equivalent required u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in a scientific field preferred (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related discipline) u2022 Academic coursework or 1+ year of relevant laboratory experience preferred u2022 Computer proficiency required: Microsoft Office, LIMS, SAP u2022 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills u2022 Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment u2022 Willingness to speak up, contribute ideas, and support improvements u2022 Strong follow-through and resultsu2011driven mindset Work Environment u2022 Onsite role, business casual dress code u2022 Standard Mondayu2013Friday schedule u2022 Requires adherence to safety, GLP/GMP, and quality standards _Apply today with Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences and take the next step to your Analytical Laboratory Technician career._ Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
