Pharmacy Care Technician

A Pharmacy Care Technician role is now available through Adecco Medical and Science. Pharmacy operations require timely and precise data entry to maintain workflow efficiency. This role reduces bottlenecks in prescription processing and supports pharmacists in focusing on clinical responsibilities. Position type: Temp-hire Work hours: Monday-Friday from 3:30pm-12:00am (with alternating weekends) Pay range: $18.00-19.74/hr. depending on your level of experience Job Responsibilities Data Entry Technicians are responsible for the entry and processing of medication orders via Pharmacyu2019s operating system which includes: u2022 Reorder Requests u2022 Triaging or sorting incoming medication orders for processing according to delivery deadlines u2022 Processing of all new medication orders according to delivery deadlines, including controlled medications, leave of absence orders, and customer-configured order fulfillment u2022 All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPPA guidelines, State and Federal laws and current company policies and procedures.
