Job Description A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Level II IT Support Technician to join their team. This Level II IT Support role serves as a primary and secondary point of contact and provides technical support to our end user base. Support is provided via phone, email, text, in-person and remote access to end users at our nine locations surrounding the Baltimore, MD area. Primary Responsibilities : u00b7 Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware, software and networking equipment u00b7 Monitor helpdesk ticketing queue, assign/prioritize tickets, and act as a primary as well as secondary point of contact for escalations u00b7 Coordinate project and break/fix work with company vendors including deliveries and installations u00b7 Manage IT projects as needed and assist with departmental projects We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
