Team Technician - Shift 1

Adecco is assisting a customer in Southington who is recruiting for Team Technicians. The hours are 6:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. The rate of pay is $27.00 per hr. Responsibilities: The Team Tech is responsible for ensuring the correct operation of automatic and semi-automatic assembly production equipment in accordance with governing documentation. This person will also initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformances related to the product and equipment. Additionally, this role will identify and record problems relating to the product, process and or quality system. The Team Technician will also initiate recommendations, provide solutions, and verify the affectivity of continuous operational improvements. u2022 Set-up, change over and PM of equipment.u2022 Troubleshooting, repair and rebuild.u2022 Material disposition and handling.u2022 Machine and process operation.u2022 Operational data collection (downtime, waste & quality).u2022 Continuous improvement activities.u2022 Responsible for training of new employees, work flow, production, and answering job-related questions.u2022 Performing all functions of a Team Operator when required.u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and business practices including FDA (Food & Drug Administration) regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) requirements.u2022 This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).u2022 Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
