Adecco is assisting a well-established company in their search for a Customer Service Representative in Albany, OR position. Location: Albany, OR 97322 Pay: $ 16.15/hr (+ hiring bonus) Shift: Must be able to work between Mon - Fri, _6:00am-6:00pm PST_ Training: Mon u2013 Fri 8am u2013 5pm PST Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative position include but are not limited to: u00b7 Follows standard screens/ scripts to perform tasks u00b7 Resolves many questions and problems, refers more difficult items to higher levels for guidance u00b7 Knowledgeable of company products & services u00b7 Applies and develops basic skills to procedures for the position u00b7 Problem solving skills u00b7 Manipulates / Navigates computer system u00b7 Completes customer registrations The Ideal Candidate Will Have: + 0- 2 years of customer service or general office experience + Strong communication skills + Active listener + Strong computer skills + Excellent decision-making skills + Ability to meet deadlines and requirements As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
