What you'll do... + Leads all support functions for Leave of Absence (LB), Specialty, and Workers' Compensation (WC) claims. + Defines and implements best-in-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for claims processes. + Oversees training, associate quality, vendor quality, and ensure compliance across all support functions. + Drives continuous improvement in operational excellence and service delivery for claims management.
