For more information, visit . Summary of Role: GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced Finance Business Readiness Lead to join our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing business readiness activities across strategic transformation programs and initiatives within Finance Capability Group. This role ensures that Finance functions, processes, and teams are prepared for change, enabling successful adoption and sustained performance improvements. The position partners with cross-functional stakeholders u2014 including Data & Analytics, IT, other Capability Groups, and external partnersu2014to drive readiness, manage risks, and deliver value across all relevant projects and initiatives. Essential Responsibilities: + Lead and coordinate business readiness activities for transformation programs, process changes, and technology implementations for Finance Capability Group. + Develop and maintain business readiness roadmaps, project plans, and dashboards. + Assess organizational impact, identify readiness gaps, and design mitigation strategies. + Facilitate stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication plans. + Track progress, manage risks, and report status to CGL and Global Process Owner (GPO). + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives. + Support process mapping, documentation, compliance checks, and business process harmonization efforts. + Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership. + Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed. Other Responsibilities: + Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. + This position may require occasional travel and flexible working hours to support global teams. Required Qualifications: + Requires functional expertise and knowledge of Record-to-Report workstream business processes. + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, global environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + Experience with business process harmonization & corporate performance management projects and global scale ERP implementations preferred. + Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. + 7+ years of relevant experience in business operations, finance, project management, or transformation environments. Preferred Qualifications: + Familiarity with legacy Oracle systems, SAP S4 HANA, SAP GR, Blackline, OneStream is a plus. + Business-level English required, additional languages a plus. + Demonstrated experience in leading business readiness or change management activities for large-scale projects. Expected Salary Range $105,000.00 - $189,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
