For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Responsibilities + Analyze and document business and system requirements across multiple teams. + Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams. + Support the design and delivery of complex, interconnected systems. + Identify dependencies, impacts, and integration points across platforms. + Collaborate with engineers to ensure requirements are feasible, clear, and testable. + Support delivery of new features within existing enterprise software. + Contribute to discussions on architecture, data flows, and system behavior.
