Commercial Dock & Door Service Technician u2013 Houston, TX Pay Range : $25 u2013 $35 We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. Our techs service all sorts of commercial, industrial, federal and government dock and door systems. Responsibilities : + Troubleshoot complex issues + Repair loading docks + Maintain dock-levelers + Fix industrial doors + Work independently on the road + Communicate effectively with customers + Analyze and solve problems + Flexibility for nights & weekends Requirements : + 2-4 years of relevant experience + Ability to repair industrial facilities, including doors, loading docks, and dock-levelers. + Ability or a desire to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical. If you have hydraulic and pneumatics experience + Ability to take direction and work independently while on the road for hours each day. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The ability to think through complex situations critically is a must. + Technical school training and OEM certifications are desired but not required. + Ability to work a flexible schedule, with nights, weekends, and holidays.
