Must be located in the Denver, Colorado area The Direct Placement Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful development and delivery of in-demand talent and connecting their skills to clients within Manpower Engineering. This role will manage day-to-day operations, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive both technical and process improvements within Perm Placement division The Direct Placement Manager will take point on strategic accounts and drive additional revenue opportunities for Manpower Engineering. Making an Impact u2022 Create strategies and tactics to effectively execute against plans to drive growth and efficiency. u2022 Leverage knowledge of role design, market and rate intelligence to influence and advise clients on talent needs and recruitment strategy. u2022 Proactively build a strong pipeline of in-demand talent through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs. u2022 Apply knowledge of skills and talent base to exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio. u2022 Build loyalty and expand opportunities for generating revenue within Manpower Engineering. u2022 Consult stakeholders on talent challenges and educate on impact of market or workforce trends on their business. u2022 Ensure client and candidate satisfaction and loyalty. People Leadership u2022 Inspire and lead search consultant team committed to exceptional results and delighting clients, consultants, and candidates. u2022 Oversee quality of search consultant team and mitigate risks with candidate and client satisfaction. u2022 Coach and train direct hire best practices, processes and technologies to drive engagement and ensure our Engineering search consultants have the skills and tools they need to excel. u2022 The typical span of control is 5-6 employees. Your Typical Day and Other Key Details u2022 This role will require 10% travel to clients u2022 If located near an Engineering branch, role may have in office requirements Required u2022 Education: High school diploma or equivalent u2022 Recruiting: 4 year full cycle recruiting with additional industry experience in recruitment, sales, or account management. u2022 Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in talent management and/or in the staffing industry Nice to Have + 2 years managing a Direct Hire Placement team u2022 Recruiting: Staffing industry experience u2022 Education: Bacheloru2019s Degree Getting the rewards you deserve.
