DescriptionMULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Employer: SERVICES LLC Offered Position: Hardware Dev Engr III Job Location: Seattle, Washington Job Number: AMZ9080560 Position Responsibilities: Partner with Design Team to develop manufacturable, reliable, and scalable mechatronics products to improve customer efficiency. Identify, develop, and select Hardware Supplier partnerships that can support manufacturing awarded mechatronics at high volume with limited risk. Develop test, inspection strategies, and processes jointly with suppliers, identifying and mitigating assembly and customer risks. Drive design improvements through lessons learned and observed defects. Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field, and one year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) Hardware validation using Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Control Plans; (2) Statistical Analysis including Capability Analysis and Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gage R&R) using MiniTab or a related statistical software program; (3) Hardware-specific Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA); and (4) identifying and validating hardware and system risks, and working collaboratively with design teams to mitigate.
