The Role The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Data Strategy and Analytics partners with Xylemu2019s Recordu2011tou2011Report (RTR) and Sourceu2011tou2011Pay (S2P) workstreams to ensure that all initiatives align with and advance Xylemu2019s enterprise data strategy. In this role, you will connect business leaders with the AI & Enterprise Data organization, accelerate adoption of analytics and AI capabilities, and drive measurable business impact across RTR and S2P operations. Core Responsibilities + Serve as the primary liaison between RTR/S2P stakeholders and the AI & Enterprise Data team to ensure analytics and AI initiatives support organizational goals. + Lead the execution of Xylemu2019s Data Strategy and Roadmap for the RTR and S2P process areas. + Build strong partnerships across Finance and Procurement to ensure AI and analytics solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes. + Collaborate with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize highu2011value opportunities for datau2011driven insights and advanced analytics. + Translate business objectives into actionable AI, data, and analytics initiatives with measurable outcomes. + Lead and deliver programs that expand AI, data, and analytics literacy through training, enablement, and change management. + Drive adoption of selfu2011service analytics tools and AIu2011powered solutions to empower RTR and S2P teams. + Promote best practices in data visualization, predictive modeling, and applications of generative AI for business problemu2011solving. + Support enterprise data governance by championing data quality, security, stewardship, and compliance across analytics initiatives. + Advocate for standardized tools, processes, and delivery methodologies across all analytics and AI projects. + Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and innovation within RTR and S2P processes. Required Qualifications Education + Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience + 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy. + 5+ years of experience in business relationship management, program management, or crossu2011functional leadership. + Proven ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and technology teams. + Demonstrated knowledge of Recordu2011tou2011Report (RTR) and Sourceu2011tou2011Pay (S2P) processes. Preferred Qualifications + Masteru2019s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. + Experience deploying AI solutions within Finance or Procurement functions. + Background in enterprise data governance, data architecture, or data quality management. + Experience leading analytics and AI enablement or training programs.
