Job Title: Material Handler Job Description As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving incoming raw materials and placing them in the racking system. The primary focus will be on operating sit down and stand up forklifts to move materials and pull parts for production teams. Inventory will initially be completed by hand, but there will soon be a transition to using the TCM Workwise computer system. Responsibilities + Receive and place incoming raw materials in the racking system. + Operate sit down and stand up forklifts to move materials. + Pull parts for production teams. + Complete inventory by hand and transition to using the TCM Workwise system. + Ensure materials are accurately logged and stored. Essential Skills + 2+ years of material handling experience with forklifts. + 1+ years of inventory experience. + Proficiency in driving both sit down and stand up forklifts. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with inventory management systems. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Why Work Here? The environment is bright, spacious, climate-controlled, and not noisy. The racking system is three-tiered, which can get high up. You will work the first shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with optional hours on Fridays. During training, you will be paired with a trainer. While the supervisor maintains a relaxed atmosphere, the owner emphasizes staying focused on work tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
