In addition, during the summer all interns will work on a group intern project that will be presented to the company Executives and Managers upon completion. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable real world work experience. This is an ideal position for a college student who desires to work in a fast paced, dynamic atmosphere and be exposed to all aspects of Human Resources.Responsibilitiesu2022 Support onboarding by sending weekly texts to new hires in iCIMS, answering new hire questions, troubleshooting onboarding issues, and coordinating with the Onboarding Team as needed.u2022 Participate in job shadowing opportunities, including Employee Relations calls, to gain practical exposure to HR practices.u2022 Help maintain and update HR materials housed on SharePoint.u2022 Audit iCIMS Pre Employment & Safety documents in Document manageru2022 Support records management activities, including purging employee hardcopy files and I 9 documents.u2022 Update UKG password reset instructionsu2022 Complete employment verifications as requested.u2022 Monitor and manage the Document Manager inbox.u2022 Draft basic disciplinary documents under the direction of HR leadership.u2022 Enter and file disciplinary documentation in accordance with HR procedures.u2022 Conduct Stay Interviews with guidance from HR staff.u2022 Create a corporate intern program poster for display at the headquarters location.u2022 Conduct outreach calls to job seekers to share information about current employment opportunities.u2022 Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to complete employment reference checks as needed.u2022 Research educational institutions within our geographic footprint to support outreach.u2022 Design and prepare promotional flyers for distribution to schools in support of fall recruiting initiatives.u2022 Assist in posting open positions across job boards, vocational schools, and college/university platforms.u2022 Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assignedOther Duties:u2022 Provide support with virtual hiring eventsu2022 Assist with updating Job Descriptionsu2022 Assist with the Recruitment Hotline & 2022 Shred eligible employee filesu2022 Print employee badges and send them through truck mail on a scheduled rotationu2022 Assist employees with password reset requests.u2022 Complete Weekly Open Requisition Report for TerminalsQualificationsu2022 Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or a related fieldu2022 Minimum GPA of at least 3.0u2022 Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior level college studentu2022 Strong organizational and time management skillsu2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel)u2022 Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsu2022 Attention to detail is a mustu2022 Must be able to multi-tasku2022 Must possess basic analytical and critical thinking skillsu2022 Ability to view problems as challenges to be positively addressed and solvedu2022 Must possess the willingness to be mentored by experienced professionals to execute job responsibilitiesu2022 Maintain exceptional degree of discretion regarding confidential informationu2022 Must be able to work independently and function as part of a teamu2022 Establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of internal and external c stomersu2022 Must be able to demonstrate creativityu2022 Ability to remain flexible/adaptable and excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentu00a0u00a0u00a0PI281741393
