Description Robert Half is assisting an organization with the recruiting for an HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive support across various human resources functions. This role emphasizes maintaining accurate employee records and delivering efficient administrative services during high-demand periods. The ideal candidate excels in data management and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and update employee data within HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Provide administrative assistance for onboarding processes, including document preparation and orientation coordination. u2022 Utilize HRIS tools to analyze and report on workforce data, contributing to informed decision-making. u2022 Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing through ADP Workforce Now. u2022 Assist in resolving employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and system navigation. u2022 Coordinate and execute tasks during peak operational periods, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. u2022 Collaborate with management to ensure seamless implementation of HR initiatives. u2022 Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information. u2022 Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows. u2022 Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Requirements u2022 Bachelor degree in HR preferred, open to other business related degrees. u2022 Proven experience in human resources administration or a related role. u2022 Proficiency in HRIS systems. u2022 Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. u2022 Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee lifecycle management. u2022 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. u2022 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and management.
