Project will last 6-8 weeks working 50 hours a week (5/10's). Per Diem of $85 will be paid if you live 75 miles or further from facility and provide proof of residency. No travel pay. Industrial Metal Insulator The Industrial Metal Insulator will layout, fabricate, assemble, install and repair insulation and sheet metal around pipes, maintenance parts, fittings, equipment and systems. Responsibilities + Must be an experienced Industrial METAL INSULATOR with 3 or more years of experience. + Must have background in industrial insulation with metal, tank, piping and ductwork experience. + NCCER preferred. + Scaffold Builder background a plus. + Must be able to install insulation and fittings, pipe cover and board materials, such as perlite and calcium silicate. + Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws/ bands to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage. + Makes flat sheet metal layouts of finished parts, such as sheet metal
