As aSenior Functional Consultant, this role will be responsible for ensuringthe successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. They willprovide their implementation expertise to our clients whileunderstanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meettheir business requirements. Additionally, the candidate will have anunderstanding of financial touch points to the General Ledger, Projectsand Assets. A proven background in Finance is a plus.Act as domain specialist of the complete supply chain life cycleincluding, Procurement, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcingand Contract Management.About YouBasic Qualifications:- 5+ years of functional experience in Spend Management for medium to large healthcare enterprise customers.- Ability to lead design sessions and configure systems to meet customer requirements on concurrent project.- 5+ years experience with Supply Chain applications such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, McKesson, Meditech or similar.- 5+ years Consulting experienceOther QualificationsUnderstanding of different inventory valuation methods including FIFO,Standard and Average Cost with a comprehension of basic financialtransactions.Understanding of Replenishment including, Reorder Points, Min/Max, LeanReplenishment (Kanban) and Par Replenishment.Understanding the full life cycle of contracts management includingstrategic sourcing or request for proposals to contracts.Understanding end-to-end Procure to Pay process including 1099 and othertaxabl reporting requirements.Experience implementing various technologies including EDI (850, 855,856, and 810) and Punchout.A comprehensive understanding of Warehouse Management including CycleCounts, Put Away and Picking.Experienced in Lot and Serial Tracking.Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant working experienceAbility to travel up to 50%.
