GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Provides business analyst support with day-to-day office operations of multiple departments including personnel support and accounting support in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP). AECI Operations Support provides the auxiliary services required to assist the Construction, Right of Way, and Fleet Services teams in providing AECI with safe, efficient, well-planned & productive field crews who offer services to various electric cooperatives and customers throughout Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma. AECI Utility Services provides exceptional services to customers in areas such as transmission, substation, fiber, engineering, and right-of-way clearing ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Develop and maintain invoices for services provided to customers according to contracts. Maintain accurate billing records and account files related to billing and payments received. Provide guidance and counsel to customer and client inquiries. Perform processing of Accounts Payable invoicing utilizing SAP. + Analyze monthly financial reports for accurate revenue and expenses. Manage and oversee AR/AP aging reports using SAP. + Participate in the preparation of annual capital and operating budgets, leveraging SAP tools for data accuracy and reporting. + Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for B2W software. Maintain and create reports, train new users, track jobs, users, and equipment accurately to ensure billing information is reported and billed timely. + Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP software. Leverage SAP software in order to best support smooth operational business functions. This includes items such as but not limited to; project creation and setup, creation and management of assets, tooling, and other data. + Provide procurement services for Utility Services department utilizing SAP software. + Assist departmental Project Managers with various duties throughout project lifecycle. Project genres may include but are not limited to: Distribution, Transmission, Substation, Fiber, Engineering Services, and Right-of-Way Clearing. Assist with project scheduling, tracking, profitability reviews, etc. + Assist with the preparation of bids and contract information packages. + Utilize SAP to continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. + Reconcile and submit monthly credit and fuel card expenses for payment by designated deadlines through SAP workflows. + Serve as contact for incident reports, including maintaining incident report log, photos, and other related documents. Oversee and manage insurance claims for reimbursement. + The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position. + Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. + Oversee the electronic and archived filing systems for multiple departments. + Maintain awareness of and compliance with applicable laws and regulations from various regulatory entities, internal policies, procedures, and directives. Ensure ongoing monitoring and timely incorporation of any changes to maintain adherence to compliance standards. + Due to our obligation to provide continuous, reliable electric service to our customers, the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and the ability to work outside your regularly scheduled office hours when necessary is an essential function of the job. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bacheloru2019s degree Business Administration or similar related field, plus related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Analyst I 0-2 years related experience Analyst II 4 years related experience Analyst III 6 years related experience SR Analyst 8 years related experience REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid driver's license PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Proficiency in SAP for financial and operational processes, including AR/AP management, reporting, and data analysis.
