For more information, visitu00a0POSITION The purpose of the Assistant Manager is to provide high quality service to members and potential clients by assisting the General Manager with lead management, marketing and sales support through lead generation activities, social media marketing, team member management & support and studio cleanliness. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.u00a0 REQUIREMENTS -Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required -Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. -Ability to learn & use the Club Ready software and other systemsu00a0 -Ability to stand or sit throughout the workday. -Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email -Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines -Must have proficient computer skills Must be flexible to work throughout the week and weekends as scheduling fluctuates RESPONSIBILITIES -Assist the General Manager with leading the studio team to achieve monthly sales goals through execution of lead generation, follow-up, and close -Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals -Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production -Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and addressing individualu2019s needsu00a0 -Present available services to current or prospective members -Assist with covering front desk during staff time off or in emergencies -Assist the General Manager with team scheduling -Assist with enforcement of studio objectives -Utilize social media platforms to grow studio online presence to attract quality clients -Assist with planning, organizing and participatingu00a0in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club -Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills -Maintain high standards of cleanliness by assisting with performing daily cleaning tasks -Other duties as assigned u00a0 We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
