Thought Leadership & Community Building + Publish research and insights on AI workforce transformation, future skills, and organizational design. + Build a collaborative AI & Workforce community across Talent Solutions; curate internal forums and external thought leadership to position Aon as the trusted advisor. + Represent Aon in industry forums, shaping best practices for AI-driven talent strategies. Knowledge and Expertise + 10u201315+ years in HR/Talent consulting, HR Tech, or AIu2011enabled solutions with a track record of commercial leadership and GTM execution. + Proven experience designing/packageu2011andu2011price service as well as data offerings and enabling field teams with toolkits and playbooks. + Comfort engaging CHROs/CFOs and enterprise client leaders; strong narrative skills linking AI to measurable business outcomes. + Familiarity with AI use cases in skills & job architecture, talent intelligence, pay transparency, and performance management. + Strong program management, change leadership, and crossu2011functional orchestration.
