Conveniently located near Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort, Belfair is not just a workplace-it's a destination.We are currently seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our talented culinary team.As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our standards and member expectations. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standardsSet up and stock stations with necessary suppliesEnsure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashionFollow proper food handling and sanitation proceduresMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstationsCommunicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house teamAssist with prep work, inventory, and receiving as neededQualifications:Proven cooking experience, preferably in a club, resort, or upscale dining environmentKnowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and proceduresAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysCulinary degree or certification is a plus but not requiredBenefits:Full-time associates are eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following the date of hire, through the Troon organization.
