Description A highly respected boutique litigation firm in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic and accomplished team. This firm is known for handling complex, highu2011stakes disputes and delivering strategic, aggressive, and innovative solutions for a select roster of corporate, institutional, and individual clients. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of private practice experience, strong courtroom skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated litigation matters from strategy through trial. Existing litigation portfolio includes: + Business and commercial litigation, including complex contract and shareholder disputes + Securities, FINRA, and financial services litigation + Employment and civil rights litigation, as well as labor arbitration and HR investigations + Defamation, intellectual property, and real estate/land use litigation + Appellate work in state and federal courts Requirements + Must be a licensed attorney with active bar membership. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation. + Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation. + Expertise in discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews. + Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases effectively. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration. + Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
