Responsibilities- Conducts organized and safe daily workouts in preparation for competition```{=html}```- Responsible for effective and positive communication with parents, staff and gymnasts, including leading regular meetings with parents and staff```{=html}```- Responsible for teaching compulsory and optional routines and current knowledge of teams code```{=html}```- Operate within the YMCA discipline code and code of conduct at all times```{=html}```- Provide assistance to program director in an efficient and productive manner on various assigned tasks```{=html}```- Maintain a safe environment at all times```{=html}```- Understand and enforce safety regulations and apply appropriate policies and procedures```{=html}```- Keep equipment in good condition by returning to storage area at end of class and notifying supervisor when equipment needs to be repaired```{=html}```- Stay informed about the program specifics such as session dates, prices, classes, days, and times```{=html}```- Work with the program director to ensure all participants are registered and in the correct class```{=html}```- Maintain accurate records of class attendance```{=html}```- Distribute certificates of achievement and program evaluations to class participants```{=html}```- Show enthusiasm, leadership, fairness, and fun through coaching style[Immediately notify supervisorregardingparticipant or parent incidents[]{ccp-props=
