Make your aspirations a reality with us while providing valuable services to the residents of the commonwealthDESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Clerical Assistant 3, you will be responsible for providing essential support to a team of clerical staff in the Boiler and Elevator Divisions, ensuring efficient and effective office operations. Work involves reviewing incoming applications to ensure they are complete and legible and that the correct application fee has been received. You will also be responsible for processing the application payment into the bureau database and verifying payment amount with information received from Central Collections. Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.u00a0 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orOne year of moderately complex clerical experience; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
