Application Development Advisors- Hybrid

The job profile for this position is Application Development Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. Responsibilities- u2022 Build components of healthcare claim reimbursement platforms to deliver innovative solutions, such as User Interface (UI)-based web applications using Pega Rule Process Commander (PRPC); u2022 Analyze business problems and participate in all steps of production, including proof of concept (POC) design, application design, design review, and implementation; u2022 Work with key stakeholders, including engineering managers, product managers, product owners, business configurators, architecture teams, technical architects and delivery teams to identify, design, and implement complex solutions and ensure solutions are consistent, reliable, and scalable using automated functional testing, performance testing, and volume testing; u2022 Develop and test features to fulfill business needs; u2022 Integrate internal systems with external vendors for out-of-network claims pricing services; u2022 Establish and maintain coding and code management best practices/standards, perform code reviews to ensure standards/practices are met, and ensure that code deployment and integration pipelines are automated by integrating automated functional testing into Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines; u2022 Work with scrum team to adhere software development to Scrum development methodology; u2022 Analyze and design PRPC flows to lead engineering team through the path to production on functional, volume, and parallel validations for solutions developed by the scrum team, as well as the identification and execution of order of activities, tasks, and timing of implementations to production; and u2022 Participate in all agile ceremonies. u2022 Hybrid work schedule. Qualifications- u2022 Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related; u2022 4 years of web application development; u2022 Experience with the health insurance domain; u2022 Experience with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander); u2022 Experience with Pega Smart Claims Engine; u2022 Experience with designing, developing, or modifying enterprise-wide systems or applications software; u2022 Experience with Java; u2022 Experience with Oracle; u2022 Experience with PostgreSQL; u2022 Experience with Zephyr; u2022 Experience with SQL; u2022 Experience with HTML; u2022 Experience with CSS; u2022 Experience with JavaScript; u2022 Experience with User Interfaces (UI); u2022 Experience with Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CI/CD); and u2022 Experience with Scrum.
