Job Title: Interior DesignerJob Description We are seeking an Interior Designer to support our multi-family, mixed-use, senior living, and large-scale commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team and contribute to projects from early design through construction documentation. We are considering candidates ranging from emerging designers with 0-2 years of experience to production-focused designers. Responsibilities + Help review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction progress under the guidance of senior staff. + Attend internal design meetings and client presentations, taking notes and assisting with revisions. + Assist in maintaining the materials library and updating product samples. + Support project teams during construction administration tasks as needed. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit and Sketchup. + Experience with interior design, construction documents, and space planning. + Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite. + Bacheloru2019s degree in interior design, either art or science. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Relevant internship experiences preferred, especially in commercial design firms. + Familiarity with corporate interiors, multifamily housing, and commercial interiors. + Experience in design rendering and construction documentation. Work Environment The work hours are from 9-6 or 8-5, with a preference for an 8 or 8:30 start time. Employees are required in office 5 days a week. You will work in a Class A office space on the 18th floor of the 100 N Charles Tower, which offers a panoramic view. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
