Dont miss this Estimator / Customer Service Coordinator role in Cedar Rapids, IA.Estimator / Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner- Provide customer service by greeting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through available services- Prepare accurate powder coating quotes using measurements, pricing guidelines, and customer specifications- Calculate square footage and other basic measurements needed for pricing- Enter and manage customer orders in internal systems- Maintain accurate records and assist with general office tasks as needed- Communicate lead times, pricing, and updates clearly with customers- Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders are accurately documented- Assist customers with motorcycle and car parts when identifying or discussing coating needs- Uphold strong attention to detail and mechanical common sense in all customer interactions and quoting tasksEstimator / Customer Service Coordinator Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required- Preferred working knowledge of one or more: Excel, QuickBooks, Access Database- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate square footage- Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to understand parts, processes, and customer needs- Helpful knowledge of motorcycle and car parts- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
