In this role, theTechnician will lead Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) exercisesand Control Plan updates, build and document standards through Operatorsand Leader Standard Work principles, and perform DMAIC (Define, Measure,Analyze, Improve, Control) problem-solving to enhance our productionprocessesEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and Update FMEAExercises: Conduct comprehensive FMEA exercises to identify potentialfailure modes, evaluate their impact, and develop strategies to mitigaterisks, ensuring product quality and process reliability. Build andDocument Standards: Collaborate with training specialists, operators andleaders to develop and document standard work procedures, ensuringconsistency and efficiency in operations. Perform DMAIC Problem Solving:Utilize DMAIC methodologies to identify process improvementopportunities, analyze data, implement solutions, and monitor results todrive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely withcross-functional teams, including safety, production, quality, andmaintenance, to drive improvement initiatives and foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement. Use and deploy Lean Tools such as Kaizen, 5S,SMED, TPM to constantly improve standards with a people developmentmindset. Other Duties and Responsibilities: Understand and adhere toGood Manufacturing Practices Safety Protocol Stop any observed unsafeacts and obey facility safety rules and procedures. Correct or reportany observed safety hazards. Support safety policies and programs.
