Customer Service Trainer ATW

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requirements and Description Primary Duties andResponsibilities: Coordinates training functions across all accounts anddepartments at a station. Ensures that current training curriculum'sand supporting training materials are up to date and the trainingresources are available to complete all required training. Ensures thatall required record retention is being completed per company guidelines.Updates and administers the automated training record keeping system(s).Audits Training records and appropriately resolves any discrepancies.Assists in determining training needs within the station. Preparesreports for distribution detailing activity and/or training areas thatrequire improvement or correction. Perform other related duties asassigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilitiesexpected for this position. Experience: -Two + years of relevantexperience. Must be open minded and ready to work as part of adetail-oriented team. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: -Excellent customerservice skills. -Strong work ethic. -Ability to work in a team-orientedenvironment. Work Schedule: You will need to have flexibility to work avariety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. WorkEnvironment: Must be aware and alert for moving vehicles and aircrafts.Physical Demands/Requirements: Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull andmove items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitivelylift. Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on afrequent basis and for extended periods of time. Must be able to work incramped or high places. Must be able to carry heavy items up and downjet way stairs.
