Director Product Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThis role is a new position beingadded to our Corporate Data and Analytics team. The Director of ProductManagement is a senior leader responsible for setting the strategicdirection of multiple product and UX teams or an entire productportfolio. This role ensures product strategy aligns with company visionand drives innovation, growth, and operational excellence whiledelivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal location for thisrole would be Appleton, WI, however, we will consider hybrid and/orremote options depending on relevancy of candidate experience. This rolewill require will require regular travel to Appleton (approximately20%). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Define and communicate product and UX vision,strategy, and goals at the organizational level. Lead and developproduct and UX leadership talent across multiple teams. Partner withengineering, design, and executive leadership to drive execution anddelivery. Oversee prioritization and portfolio management to maximizebusiness impact and customer satisfaction. Establish a strong productand UX culture focused on customer value, research-driven decisions, andmeasurable outcomes. Ensure cross-functional alignment between product,design, and engineering strategies. Additional Job Responsibilities:Represent product and UX strategy at the executive level. Shapeinvestment priorities and influence company strategy. Champion scalableproduct and UX processes, frameworks, and governance. Drive alignmentbetween product experience vision and long-term platform or productecosystem goals. Contribute to organizational planning, investmentdecisions, and experience innovation.
