This internship takes place in Bloomington, MN, during an 10-12-week period.As an Analyst Intern, you will support the team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in business, economics, data science, finance, or related fields who are eager to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges.Role Responsibilities:oCollect, clean, and organize datasets from various sources.oPerform basic statistical analysis and create visual reports.oAssist in preparing presentations and dashboards for stakeholders.oSupport market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights.oDocument processes, findings, and recommendations clearly.Learning Opportunities:oHands-on experience with real business datasets.oExposure to industry-standard analytics tools and methodologies.oMentorship from experienced analysts and business leaders.Minimum Qualifications:oCurrently enrolled undergraduate rising junior or rising senior in an accredited degree program pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, statistics, mathematics, management information systems or related field.oProficiency in Excel.oProficiency with AI tools.oExperience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake or similar tool.Preferred Qualifications:oFamiliarity with SQL or Python is a plus.oExcellent written and verbal communication skills.oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.oDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.Hourly Pay Range: $19.00 - 24.00, depending on projected undergraduate graduation date, educational degree in progress and major of study upon time of hire.This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.Employee benefits are part of the total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc. provides to you.
