Admission Screener

Description The McGuire Group is hiring an experienced Admission Screener to work directly within hospital settings, supporting patient discharge planning and admissions to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm This role is ideal for candidates with healthcare experience, strong knowledge of medical documentation and charts, and familiarity with hospital discharge workflows.
