In this role, you willefficiently implement Workday solutions with customers through industry,product, and consulting expertise. The consultant will take ownership ofestablishing and encouraging leading practices for all deployments.You should have extensive experience requirements gathering, configuringsystems, converting data, and solutions testing. You should be detailoriented, self-motivated, proactive, passionate about results, and ableto seamlessly partner with customers and your project team. Key Areas of Responsibility:- You are an expert in understanding and implementing the HCM and Core Compensation product suites and mentor other consultants ramping into these product areas- Providehealthcare industryperspective for customer business requirements ensuring leading practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trends- UnderstandWorkdays Implementation Methodologyand use it on all engagements- Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release- Attend and lead events to share experience and solutions with other consultants; acting as a mentor and coach- Communicate s atus to multiple Engagement Managers on different projects to keep them informed of overall project status, risks, and major decisions. Giving recommendations on impacts to overall project health- Share knowledge gained with the all other consultants and the wider partner ecosystemAbout YouBasic Qualifications- 7+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, with a specific focus on Core HCM and Compensation modules.- Experience with Recruiting, Learning, and/or Talent modules is a significant plus.- 7+ years consulting experienceOther QualificationsProven technical experience, from requirements gathering and solutiondesign through to system building, data conversion, and testing.Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcareindustry.r
