This role is responsible for ensuring these critical groups are informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational priorities, especially during periods of change and strategic initiatives.Key responsibilities and expectations for this position include:Develop and implement communication plans and content tailored to physician, APP, and nursing and other internal audiences.Serve as a communications resource and consultant to clinical leaders, advisory groups, and shared leadership councils.Manage and update content for internal digital platforms and newsletters, ensuring timely, relevant, and accessible information for clinical audiences.Support recognition and engagement programs, storytelling initiatives, and professional development communications for clinical staff.Track and report on communication effectiveness using available analytics and feedback mechanisms.Collaborate closely with colleagues in communications, clinical leadership, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging.Demonstrate strong relationship-building, project management, and digital content skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and organizational needs.FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: DaysPosition SummaryThe Internal Communications Manager II at MultiCare serves as a communications expert in the development and execution of internal communications strategies.
