Description Job Title: Executive Assistant to President u2014 On-Site (Delaware) Company: Confidential Technology & Services Company Location: Delaware u2014 On-site Employment Type: permanent, Exempt (Salary), $70,000 - $110,000/Year Keys: 8+ years of experience providing senior executive support + Project Management, experience in technology environment a plus. This role involves Heavy calendar management About the Role We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President of a fast-moving technology and services organization. This role is a high-impact, hands-on partner to the President and will combine tactical calendar and travel management with strategic project coordination, cross-functional program oversight, and confidential communications support. Youu2019ll translate executive priorities into clear action across the business and ensure timely follow-through. What Youu2019ll Do Coordinate cross-departmental projects, especially those involving IT, engineering, platform operations, and technology partnerships. Manage the Presidentu2019s complex calendar and commitments with strategic prioritization. Arrange domestic and international travel logistics and itineraries. Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, meeting agendas, and decision frameworks. Attend key meetings; capture decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines; and provide real-time executive summaries. Serve as the Presidentu2019s eyes and ears across the organization u2014 identify trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively escalate issues with proposed solutions. Maintain a centralized action tracking system and follow up to ensure commitments are completed. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. What Weu2019re Looking For 8+ years of experience providing senior executive support. Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous situations with minimal supervision. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences. Strong project/program management skills u2014 comfortable tracking multiple initiatives and driving accountability. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Strong interpersonal presence; ability to build credibility and influence across all levels. Preferred Experience supporting a Group President, CEO, or similarly senior leader. Background in financial services or technology organizations.
