The Production Operator performs tasksinvolved in the production of products, ensuring safe and efficientproduction by following standard work methods and practices. TheProduction Operator acts as a floater in all areas of production asneeded, assisting all departments in the plant to ensure cheese isin-spec according to customer requirements (fat, moisture, piece count,quality). Only work 7 out of 14 days 3-day weekend every other weekendNIGHTS: 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 Schedule What you need to join our team:Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues andindividuals inside and outside the organization. Demonstrate attentionto detail, quality and cleanliness in work. Follow one- or two-stepverbal instructions; read and follow written instructions; performroutine and repetitive tasks; carry out detailed but uncomplicatedwritten or verbal instructions; complete simple checklists and requireddocumentation. Ability to solve problems by adapting knowledge andexperience. Dedication to meet the expectations and requirements ofinternal and external customers; acts with customers in mind. Ability towork in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills andability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative teamenvironment. Basic math plus fractions, decimals and percentages. Basiccomputer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerizedinformation. Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others andwork to maintain constructive working relationships. High School Diplomaor equivalent preferred. Where you'll be working: Our Little Chute, WI,plant is home to about 140 employees. This facility is a topmanufacturer of IQF sticks that are supplied to the appetizer industry.Next to the plant is our well-known Simon's Specialty Cheese store,which has about 20 employees. Simon's is a Wisconsin-themed store, witheverything from meats and cheese to clothing and craft spirits.Agropur's US operations...
