Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to join our team located in a Fairfax, Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with maintaining customer accounts, resolving customer queries, and processing customer applications. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: u2022 Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries u2022 Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts u2022 Process and verify customer credit applications with precision u2022 Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date u2022 Uphold high standards of customer service at all times u2022 Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks. u2022 Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls. u2022 Document all customer interactions and communications. u2022 Perform data entry tasks related to customer service. Requirements u2022 Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. u2022 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. u2022 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. u2022 Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily. u2022 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. u2022 Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role. u2022 Proficiency in Office software is required. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. u2022 Demonstrated ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
