This position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a company at the forefront of renewable energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:Superintendents will be expected to:Provide assistance/oversight on jobsite layoutMaintain safety measures/precautionsEnsure construction execution matches the blueprintsWork to train/teach the inexperienced crew membersProblem solve when encountering unforeseen issues to keep the job on trackBe willing and able to assist the crew when necessary Lead by exampleMaintain adequate communication between crew and construction management teamRequirements:Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.Willingness to travel 100% of the time.Ability to read/interpret blueprints and translate that to the execution of the projectAbility to identify and operate tools used in the role.Experience operating telehandlers, skid steers, or mini excavatorsExperience running underground conduitsExperience working around live underground utilitiesExperience with pouring/finishing concrete5+ years of experience in commercial constructionWork Environment:This role involves outdoor work at commercial construction sites across the United pensation and Benefits:Competitive pay, rates based on experience.401kHealth, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance available.
