WHO are we looking for?An energetic Wealth Planning Associatewho will deliver high-level customer service to clients of the firm. The Relationship Management Planning Associate will join an established wealth management and institutional advisory team in providing independent advice and customized service to clients. A competitive salary is offered for this role as well as expanding responsibilities with a rapidly growing firm.Manage, coordinate, gather, and execute projects, requests, reports, due diligence, action items, etc. related to client service, client meetings, and client reviews; deliver the results to clients and/or briefing the senior advisor(s) for deliveryResponsible for collecting information for financial planning projects and entering information into WealthView/E-Money financial planning software; advise senior advisor on the planning results/outputPrepare for client meetings (solo or with senior advisors) by seeking centralized resources and expertise to deliver investment performance, market updates, economic forecasts, and other topical information to clientsAttend client meetings as requested by senior advisorsRespond to incoming requests for additional information from clients and prospective clientsCommunicate to clients, changes in strategies, procedures, or other relevant information as appropriateParticipate and lead the development and delivery of financial plans in client meetingsWill work closely with financial advisors, client service, and peers on the Wealth Planning teamAdvanced planning in eMoney will be critical. Data entry will be neededSupport business development activities with prospective clientsAssist with ad hoc projects within required deadlinesMay work, when necessary, beyond normal working hoursMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience1-3 years relevant industry experienceProficient in eMoney Advisor or similar financial planning softwareCertified Financial Planner® designation or ability and desire to obtainDesired Qualifications/Skills:Expert skill level in Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to quickly learn new computer programs and processesHigh level of organization and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and to manage multiple reporting relationshipsStrong communication skillsOutstanding client service skillsTeam player, collaborative, able to work with othersExperience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM software a plusExperience with project management or process improvement a plusWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
