The opportunity We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager Marketing Consultant to join our growing Marketing Consulting team. In this strategic role, you will work with top-tier organizations to optimize marketing performance, leveraging your expertise in data-driven insights, marketing strategy, and innovative solutions to deliver measurable value and meaningful outcomes for our clients. As a Senior Manager in our Marketing consulting team, you will use your marketing skills and industry expertise to deliver complex, multi-part client engagements to drive our clientsu2019 success. Whether youu2019re helping a client on optimizing its marketing operating model, launching a new solution or providing insights on marketing cost reduction, you will work on a dynamic mix of projects helping our clients solve some of their most pressing issues designing and implementing the future of marketing. Candidates should have experience defining marketing programs that bridge business, design, and technology with an emphasis on identifying opportunities to unlock value for client organizations. You will be key to drive dynamic, balance sheet-oriented executive conversations to create compelling narratives to make the case for action, to define potential business cases, and to be a leader for delivery teams. Your key responsibilities As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and/or projects, maintaining focus on quality and risk management while navigating operational and organizational dynamics. You will: u00b7 Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. u00b7 Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies that affect your work area and possibly the business function within your area/department. u00b7 Be accountable for the budget, delivery, and performance of complex processes, solutions, and/or projects to achieve performance objectives. u00b7 Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to assess marketing strategies, capabilities, processes, and technology utilization, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize marketing ROI. u00b7 Advise clients on campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies by leveraging data-driven insights, advanced analytics, AI, and automation tools. u00b7 Support the assessment and implementation of enterprise marketing technology platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Customer Data Platforms, etc.). u00b7 Develop robust marketing data strategies and measurement frameworks to enable end-to-end marketing activities and data analysis. u00b7 Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation and driving new business initiatives. u00b7 Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives. u00b7 Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation. u00b7 Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, customer experience, marketing technologies, and AI. Skills and attributes for success To thrive in this role, you will need a deep insight in marketing through analysis and knowledge of best practices to solve complex problems, drive thought leadership, and innovation. Additional key responsibilities include: u00b7 Leading engagement delivery. u00b7 Accountable for program/project management. u00b7 Regular travel as needed by external clients. u00b7 Managing client relationships and engaging in daily interactions. u00b7 Leading client engagements from planning to execution and closure. To qualify for the role, you must have u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree required (4-year degree); Master's degree preferred. u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred. u00b7 Typically, no less than 8-10 years relevant experience marketing consulting, marketing roles, or strategic marketing projects. u00b7 Demonstrated expertise in at least 2-3 of the following specialties: segmentation, new growth and go-to-market strategies, marketing ROI calculation, marketing operating model, marketing cost reduction, brand strategy, customer data management or marketing technology. u00b7 Significant knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing leading practices, processes and technologies to help drive customer-centric solutions while reinventing their marketing strategy and operating model u00b7 Experience working in marketing, customer-driven and/or growth projects within technology, telecom, media/entertainment OR consumer products/retail industry is required. u00b7 Significant people management experience with leading project teams and managing direct reports within an organization. u00b7 Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. u00b7 Ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment, playing an active role in mentoring junior level consultants within the organization u00b7 A valid passport and US driveru2019s license; willingness and ability to travel estimated 50-80% both domestically and internationally. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,400 to $343,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180,500 to $390,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
