Customer Service - Warranty Representative

Description The Warranty Services Representative provides advanced assistance to customers over the phone or through electronic communication in all aspects of warranty services requests such as dispatching, warranty validation, registration, vendor authorization, service provider recruiting and any other customer related requests. Responsibilities u2022 Provides verbal and written assistance to customers on product services, and general product questions for complex multi-family and/or large scale commercial projects. u2022 Explains and interprets warranty information to customers as they apply to products. u2022 Arranges for malfunctioning or defective items to be returned for repair or replacement. u2022 Uses computerized system for tracking requests, troubleshooting problems, assessing parts or spares inventory, documenting resolutions, or determining warranty eligibility. u2022 Coordinate dispatching third-party contractors u2022 Follow-up on calls to ensure resolution. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxnard, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
