Purchase & Sales Specialist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Purchase Specialist to join our team in Lititz, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position requires someone with a keen attention to detail who can handle tactical purchasing tasks efficiently and contribute to the success of our operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and accuracy. Responsibilities: u2022 Process purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate completion. u2022 Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong working relationships and secure necessary materials. u2022 Monitor inventory levels to support purchasing decisions and operational needs. u2022 Utilize purchasing systems, such as Epicor, to manage workflows and maintain records. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within purchasing activities. u2022 Address and resolve issues related to orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance. u2022 Support the purchasing department with administrative tasks and documentation. u2022 Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and assist in decision-making. u2022 Communicate effectively with internal teams to align purchasing activities with organizational goals.
