Power BI Admin - INTL India

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Power BI Admin/Architect with strong expertise in governance, security, and enterprise-scale deployments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing governance frameworks, optimizing performance, managing tenant administration, and ensuring adoption of Power BI across the organization. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Define and implement Power BI governance framework including workspaces, datasets, dataflows, RLS/OLS, licensing, and security policies. u2022u2003Administer Power BI Service (tenant-level settings, capacity management, gateways, premium capacities, monitoring, and auditing). u2022u2003Design and enforce standards for Power BI workspace structure, naming conventions, and lifecycle management. u2022u2003Work closely with stakeholders to design scalable and secure Power BI architectures that integrate with enterprise data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks, SQL Server, etc.). u2022u2003Establish best practices for development, publishing, performance tuning, and usage monitoring. u2022u2003Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies across the BI ecosystem. u2022u2003Conduct training, onboarding, and change management to drive adoption and self-service BI. u2022u2003Collaborate with enterprise architects, data engineers, and business teams to align BI strategy with organizational goals.
