Data Analyst / Engineer

Description We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst / Engineer to join our team in Marysville, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in analyzing complex data sets, developing solutions, and ensuring data security and quality. This onsite role requires working four days a week on location, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive insightful decision-making. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover meaningful insights and trends. u2022 Design and maintain efficient data pipelines utilizing AWS services such as S3, Redshift, and Lambda. u2022 Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions. u2022 Present findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. u2022 Lead data-related projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tasks. u2022 Implement data governance standards and best practices to maintain data integrity and security. u2022 Create and manage data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize performance metrics. u2022 Troubleshoot data issues and provide technical support to resolve challenges. u2022 Stay informed on emerging data technologies to improve processes and outcomes. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. u2022 At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a Data Analyst role. u2022 Proficiency in AWS tools such as S3, Redshift, and Lambda. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges. u2022 Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI. u2022 Solid understanding of SQL and database management principles. u2022 Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. u2022 Ability to work autonomously as well as in team settings to achieve goals.
