Description Candidates must have: - 5+ years QA experience, ideally in a data warehouse - Heavy SQL skill Python would be a bonus but not required. Another bonus would be some automation experience with Pytest BDD and cucumber, though a general familiarity with cucumber and gherkin would be great as we are getting something together for automation in the new year. In this role you will be part of a team working to develop solutions enabling the business to leverage data as an asset at the bank. As a QA Test Automation Lead, you will work to develop automation test strategies and frameworks ensuring all IT SDLC processes are documented and practiced, working closely with multiple technologies teams across the enterprise. Key technologies include Azure DevOps, Python, AWS S3, Snowflake, Zena, and DataStage. Key Responsibilities u2022 Lead quality assurance efforts for multiple concurrent projects focused on data ingestion and integration, ensuring alignment with banking regulatory standards. u2022 Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and secure data operations. u2022 Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering System Integration Testing (SIT) and closely partner with the team for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). u2022 Collaborate with data engineers, developers, project managers, and compliance teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and traceability throughout the ingestion lifecycle. u2022 Drive continuous improvement in QA processes u2022 Design and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategy. u2022 Create daily/weekly test execution metrics and status reporting. u2022 Assist the Project Managers/Scrum Masters to drive project team to defect resolution. u2022 Leverage existing tools/techniques to streamline and automate wherever possible. u2022 Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance. u2022 Actively participate in the review of project requirements, data mappings and technical design specifications. u2022 Analyze data, troubleshoot data issues Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
