Job Description We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and ensure the successful execution of commercial roofing projects. This position is essential to maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and on-time project delivery across NC, VA, DC, and MD. u2022 Coordinate daily roofing crew schedules and dispatch. u2022 Communicate production goals, timelines, and expectations to field teams. u2022 Oversee all onu2011site construction activities and workforce performance. u2022 Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries to maintain schedule. u2022 Maintain clear client communication throughout each project. u2022 Represent NECC in meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and partners.
