IAM Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced IAM Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions to safeguard the organizationu2019s digital assets. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure appropriate access controls and compliance with security standards. This is a long-term contract position, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the organizationu2019s cybersecurity initiatives. Responsibilities: u2022 Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions to protect organizational data and systems. u2022 Collaborate with business and application teams to ensure proper access control measures are in place. u2022 Develop and enforce policies, standards, and procedures related to identity management. u2022 Conduct audits and walkthroughs to identify process gaps and implement necessary improvements. u2022 Monitor compliance with corporate policies, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements. u2022 Create and present metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the effectiveness of IAM strategies. u2022 Lead IAM-related projects, including planning, resource coordination, and timeline management. u2022 Administer user accounts, groups, and access privileges within the identity management system. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and issues to maintain operational efficiency. u2022 Provide expert recommendations on IAM tools and technologies to enhance organizational security. Requirements u2022 Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles, methodologies, and best practices. u2022 Proficiency in managing Active Directory and privileged account management systems. u2022 Experience in developing and enforcing IAM policies, standards, and procedures. u2022 Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and cybersecurity frameworks. u2022 Ability to track and report IAM metrics and KPIs to senior management. u2022 Skilled in project planning and end-to-end execution of IAM initiatives. u2022 Expertise in troubleshooting IAM-related issues and implementing enhancements. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
