You will be a valued member of the Product Management organization, partnering closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and customers to ensure solution viability, drive product adoption, and deliver measurable customer value. This role emphasizes automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to address real-world healthcare challenges. In this role, you will: + Own and manage the endu2011tou2011end product lifecycle, from strategic planning through execution, launch, and ongoing optimization. + Collaborate with executive leadership to align product vision and strategy with business objectives and market trends. + Define and evolve product roadmaps that incorporate emerging technologies and support longu2011term growth goals. + Identify, evaluate, and apply AI, machine learning, and automation to solve complex customer and operational challenges. + Develop business cases, financial models, and success metrics to support product and service investments. + Establish customer personas and market profiles through research, analytics, and stakeholder engagement. + Define market and functional requirements through competitive analysis and continuous customer feedback. + Partner with Agile product owners and delivery teams to define features, scope initiatives, and guide execution. + Support commercialization and gou2011tou2011market activities, including sales enablement, training, collateral development, and demos. + Act as a crossu2011functional liaison between technical, operational, and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery. + Leverage data analytics, usage metrics, and KPIs to inform decisions and measure postu2011launch performance. + Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and security standards within the healthcare domain. + Deliver clear and compelling product presentations to internal and external stakeholders. What you need to have to be considered: + Bacheloru2019s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. + 10+ years of experience in product management or the software/healthcare industry. + Required experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems, workflows, and terminology. + Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into executable product roadmaps. + Proven experience leading crossu2011functional teams in SaaS or cloudu2011based environments. + 10+ years of handsu2011on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. + Strong understanding of AI capabilities within Salesforce and their practical application. These will help you stand out: + Experience working in a healthcare clearinghouse environment and familiarity with its business processes. + Strong presentation, storytelling, and executiveu2011level communication skills. + Datau2011driven decisionu2011making mindset and comfort managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Excellent collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities. + Prior experience with user research, usability testing, or voiceu2011ofu2011customer initiatives. Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 2/23/2026 Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $132K-$155K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
