Position: CNC Operator Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Location: Minneapolis, MN As a CNC Operator, you will work with modern CNC machinesu2014Mori Seiki Mills, Kitamura Mills, and Fanucu2011controlled Robodrillsu2014to produce highu2011precision components for industries such as automotive, medical, and military. Responsibilities + Operate a variety of CNC mills and lathes + Perform G & M code edits, tool changes, and machine troubleshooting + Maintain tight tolerances for precisionu2011critical parts + Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, CMMs, gauges, and other inspection tools + Read and follow blueprints, setup sheets, and technical documents Required Skills + 1u20133 years of CNC operating experience, or a machining trade school degree + Prior production machining experience + Experience running CNC mills or lathes + Ability to inspect parts produced on CNC equipment + Solid shop math skills + Understanding of GD&T and familiarity with G & M Codes Why Work Here?
